分布与栖息地
In northern Angola, the white-headed robin-chat has only been recorded in two areas, including the type locality about 30 km (19 mi) north of Calandula. In the western Democratic Republic of the Congo, it has been recorded in Bombo-Lumene Forest Reserve and a few nearby sites. In Angola, the bird occurs in the undergrowth of gallery forests at an elevation of 1,250 m (4,100 ft), and it is sometimes found in savannas. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, it has been found in isolated patches of thick forest.

行为
The white-headed robin-chat eats insects, foraging for driver ants on the ground and also catching insects in the air. Its song is repeated whistles that begin quietly and then become much louder. A high-pitched whistle has also been recorded. During observations in 2005, playback of its voice caused a "frantic" response. It often fans its tail. Its breeding is not well known. In Angola, observations suggest that the breeding season includes February, October and November. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, it breeds from September to November.

Jelski's Chat-Tyrant
Silvicultrix jelskii
Small flycatcher found in the Andes of Peru and southwestern Ecuador. Like other chat-tyrants, it has an obvious white eyebrow. Separated from similar species in range by the yellow forehead, rusty wingbars, and brown back. Typically stays low near the edge of scrubby forest, and it is usually quiet and easily overlooked. Occasionally gives soft squeaks and trills.

Kalinago Wren
Troglodytes martinicensis
Small brownish wren now found only on Dominica; formerly also occurred on Guadeloupe and Martinique. Plumage cinnamon-brown overall, with dark barring on the wings and tail. Lacks white eyebrow. Generally more arboreal than mainland “House Wrens”, occurring in dense brushy woodland throughout the island. Often perches conspicuously when singing, but otherwise fairly secretive. Listen for loud song of chatters and clearer trills, as well as harsh scolding calls.

Beautiful Firetail
Stagonopleura bella
Plump, tiny, short-tailed bird, finely barred below, with a bright red bill. In flight, bright red rump apparent. Very dark between eyes and bill (lores), with a pale eyering. Red-browed Firetail lacks fine barring and dark lores; Diamond Firetail has white belly and strongly spotted flanks. Juveniles plain brown, with features resembling adult but less pronounced. Inhabits heathland and woodlands in Tasmania and coastal areas of southeastern Australia.
