White-chested Swift
Cypseloides lemosi
Rare and poorly known. A fairly small swift, all black with variable white patch on chest. Tail is square or just slightly notched. Much smaller and more compact than White-collared Swift. Singles or small groups can be seen in mountainous areas or over adjacent lowlands, often mixing with other species of swifts, especially Chestnut-collared and Spot-fronted.
识别特征
The white-chested swift is 14 to 15 cm (5.5 to 5.9 in) long and weighs about 28 g (0.99 oz). Both sexes have a notched tail, with the male's notch being deeper. The sexes have the same plumage. Adults have sooty blackish upperparts with a faint green gloss on the crown and back and bluish wings and tail. They are black between the bill and eye. They have a large white patch across the breast that is wider in the middle. The rest of their underparts are paler than the upperparts and slightly brownish. Immatures do not have the white breast band; they are dark slaty gray with white tips to most of the feathers of the underparts.

The white-chested swift, American black swift (Cypseloides niger), Rothschild's swift (C. rothschildi), and sooty swift (C. fumigatus) form a superspecies. The white-chested swift is monotypic.

The white-chested swift is known from widely scattered locations from Colombia's Cauca River valley south along the east slope of the Andes in Ecuador and into Peru as far south as Cuzco Department, and also east into Bolivia. An unconfirmed sight record in Brazil leads the South American Classification Committee of the American Ornithological Society to treat the species as hypothetical in that country. The white-chested swift has mostly been recorded over evergreen montane and lowland forests, but also occurs at pastures and young secondary forest.

Because breeding by white-chested swifts has not been documented at any site, it is not known if the species is resident or migratory at any of them.<p>Like all swifts, the white-chested is an aerial insectivore. Its diet is not known in detail but it has been observed feeding on small beetles. It usually forages in flocks, often with other swifts.<p>Nothing is known about the white-chested swift's breeding phenology. It is assumed to nest on cliffs near water like others of its genus.<p>The white-chested swift's calls have been described as "a rapid, piping pi'pi'pi-pee pee and single tip and pee notes."

Streak-breasted Fantail
Rhipidura dedemi
A little rufous songbird with a long broad tail, often held cocked and habitually fanned. Rufous above with a darker pale-tipped tail. Head is brown with two prominent white markings near the eye; conspicuous white throat is bordered with bold black streaking below. Belly pale and unstreaked. Confined to foothill and montane forests on Seram, where pairs and singles often accompany mixed-species flocks. Unmistakable, as it is the only brown-backed fantail on Seram. Song is a sequence of high-pitched, squeaky descending whistles. Also gives a short, sharp buzzing “zjit” call note.
Enggano Imperial-Pigeon

Large pigeon from Enggano island off Sumatra. Other than deep green wings and back, predominantly pale gray, though slightly darker on the back of the neck. Distinctive pale pink wash across the chest. Inhabits wooded areas including edge and second growth near human habitation. No pigeons of a similar size and color occur on the island. Very vocal, with a wide repertoire, including a purring “krooooo”.
Yellow-naped Amazon
Amazona auropalliata
Large, green parrot of tropical lowlands, mainly in drier areas. Uncommon. Found in semiopen areas with forest patches, big trees, and forest edges. Most often seen flying overhead early and late in the day, often fairly high and usually in pairs or loose groups made up of pairs. Note the dark gray bill and overall plain head with a bright yellow nape (yellow reduced or lacking on immatures). Like other parrots in the same genus, in flight shows a red patch on the flight feathers.
