Gray-headed Piprites

Piprites griseiceps

Confusing forest species, rare and difficult to find among mixed flocks. Typically stays at middle levels. Overall dull olive with yellower underparts and proportionally large gray head. Most noteworthy are the stout bill and large eye with a thin whitish eyering.
